FEARS OF A ‘EXTREMELY LEFT-WING DICTATORSHIP' HAVE PROMPTED THE WEALTHY TO SELL THEIR HOMES AND LEAVE THE UK.

Following concerns that Labour left-winger Jeremy Corbyn could wriggle his way into government, wealthy Britons are relocating to smaller homes before emigrating.

According to real estate brokers, the rich are selling their larger homes and using the proceeds to purchase smaller homes before placing the remainder of their savings in offshore accounts or moving abroad entirely to avoid being heavily taxed by a Left-wing government that is determined on taxing the wealthy.

According to the Times, real estate agents who specialize in high-end luxury apartments claim their clients are trading expensive properties in London while others are renting smaller homes in anticipation to emigrate.

"The fear of a Jeremy Corbyn government has caused our property sales industry to go overboard," said Trevor Abrahmsohn of Glentree Estates. Here is an idea, if you rent, you will not be affected by the expected drop in property prices if Corbyn becomes Prime Minister. He also added that early in the morning on a particular day, he received a request for someone to rent an apartment for £40,000 per week.”

Most people want to reside in England and have a taste of England, but they don't want to take on the risk of investing in the country. The greatest fear of most of the rich is an extreme left-wing government.

Brendan Roberts, CEO of Aylesford International, commented, "I have a client, a banker, who has sold his home in Chelsea for £17.5 million." He is currently renting a comfortable temporary home in London because he has no intention of staying long and is considering relocating to the United States. He has stated that he can operate his company from any country. Also, he has said that he is keeping a close eye on what is going on with Corbyn.”

The rich people in England are experiencing confusion about Brexit and the government is criticizing them for not paying their due share of the Brexit.

They are beginning to wonder if the United Kingdom is the best location for them if Corbyn wins.

The news comes after Labour shadow chancellor John McDonald sent a message to the ultra-wealthy a few days ago. His message read, “society would not accommodate the affluent unwilling to fulfill their fair share of duties. We will take all appropriate measures to ensure that they do.”

According to Ashley Crossley, a wealth management partner at Baker Mckenzie, threats from the Labour Party have compelled his clients to rethink their future in the United Kingdom.

According to a survey of high net worth residents conducted by wealth management company Sanderson House, 42% reported a transition of government as a prime concern, contrary to 30% who said Brexit was a major worry.
